This app needs the ability to erase or change saved properties also it should not allow the same searches to be saved

One complaint that I have received is that my contact information is not on the listing and the website is not mine (www.homesinrichmond.info), but the Broker’s site. The first, to have complete control over how your listings appear in the NearBuy system, is to download NearBuy Manager, the app we’ve created to help Realtors get their listings the ultimate exposure.
The second is to log in to Google Base and be sure your listing exists, and edit its info if need be.
